Call Portland General Electric (PGE) at (503) 228-6322 and request (residential) service. Use the service address: Tomahawk Bay – 515 N.E. Tomahawk Island Drive, and your TB slip number.

Do you have boat launch facilities and fuel at the marina?

We do not have boat launch facilities or fuel at the marina.  The Closest launch ramp is available at the nearby M. James Gleason Boat Ramp at 4325 NE Marina Drive.  Fuel is available at Jantzen Bay Fuel Dock or Donaldson’s Marina.

Is there a fee for parking?

No, we have ample free parking for our boaters.

How do we use the locked gates to the docks?

Yes, we have an electronic gate control system, which restricts access to the docks and facilities (restrooms, showers, and laundry) to only current moorage tenants. It ensures security by requiring an access card for entry through gates and doors.

How should I use my access card?

Always use your access card to open a closed gate or door. Do not rely on others to let you in. If someone follows you through an open gate, do not challenge them. Security can be reached 24 hours a day at (503) 720-2621.

What should I know about my access card?

  • Access cards are issued to you and programmed to your name and specific access needs.
  • If you terminate your lease, your cards will be deactivated. They can be reactivated if you lease with us again.
  • The price per card is $15.00.
  • We can only sell access cards to the Lessee. If the Lessee cannot come to our office, their representative must present a written request signed by the Lessee.
  • If your card is lost or stolen, call us at (503) 283-2444 to deactivate it.

How do I use the card reader?

Each controlled gate or door has a card reader (a small gray box with three lights: Green, Yellow, Red). When the yellow light glows, the system is ready. Hold your access card up to the reader:

  • The light will change from yellow to green, and the gate will unlock.
  • If the light changes to red, try your card again.

Who can I contact for questions or issues?

For questions about the access card system, please phone (503) 283-2444. For security concerns, contact Security 24 hours a day  (503) 720-2621.
